Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made at this website, operated by Direct No Limit Card Vault (17-4-1, Jalan Setia Prima D U13/D, Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We try to keep descriptions, images and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If we find an error in a price or stock level after you order, we will contact you and you may choose to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card and FPX). We never see or store your card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
• Stock is held for 30 minutes while you pay. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.

Pre-orders

Pre-order release dates are estimates set by the publisher. A deposit reserves your item; the balance is paid when the stock arrives. See our Refund and returns policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Vouchers and loyalty points

• Vouchers follow the conditions shown on them (minimum spend, expiry, one use per customer).
• Points are earned on product spend (not delivery) and can be redeemed at 1 point = RM0.01 on later orders.
• Points and vouchers have no cash value, are not transferable, and can be changed or withdrawn with notice.
• If an order is refunded, points used are returned and points earned are removed.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the store, vouchers or points.

Authenticity

We sell trading cards and accessories we believe to be genuine. Card names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners (such as Pokemon, Bandai, Disney and Square Enix); we are not affiliated with them.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
